I have for a long time, made my own PowerPoint presentations, and labored to find online resources to help the students understand topics. What I should have done is to to the Online companion that accompanies the selected text that I am using and BINGO! There are the presentations,and online resources that I need.
At SSVT, we use Body Structures by Scott for our A&P and we use Nursing Assistant, A Nursing Process Approach by Hegner.
To get to these online companions go to http://www.cengage.com/delmar/ The click onto educators then click onto online companions. You will have to click onto a general topic such as allied health or nursing. Once you locate the book click on to instructors resources or student resources. It is amazing!!
